How do the free trials work?
30-Day Free Trial - With our "TLC Guarantee"
If you choose the "30-Day Free Trial" plan we do need to keep your credit card number on file. Your credit card will not be billed if you cancel within the 30-day trial period.
Free plan
If you choose the free plan you will not be required to enter a credit card number. You will be able to create Cloud CMA reports, but pages with MLS data will not be fully viewable on report pages.
Do I need to sign any contracts?
No. There are no contracts. Cloud CMA is a strictly "pay as you go" service. You can cancel your subscription at any time. We don’t charge any set up fees and require no minimum contracts.
